Server rules:
Thank you for playing on komako.pw! By playing, you agree to follow the below guidelines. Doing so could warrant immediate removal from our services.
Cheating, botting, and hacking are strictly forbidden. Using any software or methods that give unfair advantages will result in immediate action.
Multi-accounting is not allowed. Each player is permitted only one account. Contact staff if you need an exception for legitimate reasons.
Account sharing is prohibited. Never share your login credentials with other users, as this may lead to permanent account suspension.
Report bugs and exploits immediately. Abusing server vulnerabilities is forbidden; instead, report them to developers for a reward.
English is required in public channels. Use English for Discord and in-game public chats. Private conversations may use any language.
Treat everyone with respect. Toxic behavior, insults without cause, and excessive negativity toward other members are not tolerated.
Harassment will not be tolerated. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, respect their wishes immediately.
Discriminatory content is banned. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and any form of slurs or hate speech.
Don't discuss illegal activities. Topics about cheating, competing servers, or breaking laws will result in an immediate ban and possible legal reporting.
Avoid spam and flooding. Occasional stream links are fine when no discussion is happening, but excessive message spam disrupts the community.
User impersonation is strictly prohibited. Pretending to be another player or staff member will result in severe penalties.
Handle conflicts appropriately. Don't create drama, accuse others of cheating publicly, or complain about bans in public channels. Use proper reporting channels.
Minimum age is 13 years old. Users under this age must have parental consent to use our services.
Follow staff instructions. When a staff member requests something, it's in your best interest to comply without argument.
Unofficial client modifications are banned. Programs like chatter or other unauthorized filters that alter gameplay are not permitted.
Community Rules
Welcome to komako.pw, before you get started please read through these rules for a more safe and pleasant experience.
One account per player
Each player is limited to a single account. The only exception is for bot accounts or special projects, which require prior staff approval. If you've lost access to your account, reach out through our Discord support channel or email us.
Fair play is mandatory
Using third-party software that provides unfair advantages is forbidden. This includes macros, auto-aim tools, external assistance programs, and client exploits. Report suspicious behavior to staff via a support ticket.
Zero tolerance for hate speech
Hateful, racist, or discriminatory content has no place on komako.pw. This is a rhythm game community focused on fun gameplay. Violations will result in immediate removal.
Keep content appropriate
Mature or sexually explicit content is not permitted anywhere on our platform. Keep all interactions family-friendly.
No impersonation allowed
Pretending to be another user, especially staff members, is strictly forbidden. This includes deceptive usernames or attempts to mislead others about your identity.
Custom clients require approval
Modified osu! clients may be used on komako.pw only after receiving explicit permission from an administrator. Using unapproved clients will result in restrictions.
Server attacks are prohibited
Any attempts to compromise, overwhelm, or disrupt komako.pw infrastructure through DDoS attacks or other malicious means will lead to immediate account termination.
Advertising needs permission
Promotional posts and advertisements require staff approval before sharing. Unauthorized advertising may result in silencing or other penalties.
Respect intellectual property
Sharing, discussing, or distributing leaked osu! source code is prohibited. We respect the work of the original developers.
Age requirement: 13+
Users must be at least 13 years old to use komako.pw services. Accounts belonging to underage users will be suspended until age verification is provided.
Exercise good judgment
Staff members have the authority to make decisions based on situational context. Follow their guidance and use common sense in all interactions.
In-game Chat Rules
Respect other players
Be courteous in all chat channels. Avoid spam, flooding, or taking over conversations. Keep the chat enjoyable for everyone.
Privacy in moderation matters
If a user receives a silence or restriction, that matter remains between them and the staff. Do not discuss or debate moderation actions in public channels.
Listen when staff intervenes
When a moderator asks you to stop a behavior, comply immediately. Attempting to circumvent blocks or continuing to contact users who have blocked you will result in severe consequences. If you're being harassed, contact staff through proper channels.
Forum-wide Rules
No spam or duplicate posts
Avoid making multiple consecutive posts in the same thread. Use the edit function to add additional thoughts to your existing posts. Excessive posting clutters discussions.
Avoid reviving old threads
In General Discussion and Off-Topic forums, don't bump threads that have been inactive for over 3 months unless you have significant new information to contribute. Consider creating a new thread instead. Repeated violations will result in warnings.
Reporting Procedures / Contacting Support
Main ways of reporting infringing behavior to our staff team:

Don't abuse our patience; while we try to best satisfy our users need. If you repeatedly infringe our rules or abuse services provided by the staff (with particular regard to users who also disrespect our staff's efforts, passively or actively, or are otherwise trolling or being unreasonable), we will first warn you, and if it comes to it we will offer an ultimatum. If you refuse or otherwise don't change your behaviour, we'll have no choice but to ban you. If you are found damaging the server directly - attempted attacks, chargebacks, hacking users, damaging reputation without reason, or your entire account data will be removed with no chance of being recovered ever.
Note that the komako.pw team can disable your access to the game, website, Discord server or any service provided by komako.pw; without any warning or reason, by staff members' discretion. You may not hold komako.pw liable for any consequence that might happen due to you taking part in consumption of any service ran by komako.pw. The komako.pw team may change this list of rules at any time, with or without any notice. New rules may or may not be retroactive at our own discretion.
